HIKING TRAIL AT THOMAS COLLEGE

REPOSTED FROM MY THOUGHTS (hshawjr@blogspot.com/haroldshawjr.com)

Mary saw a new sign for a hiking trail at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine on the way home from there on Thursday night.  It stopped raining long enough today, so we tried it out.  It was a very short trail about 0.5 miles long, but it ran along the lower part of Messalonskee Stream.

For such a short trail, it had several technical features and was enjoyable to walk on.  Great job to the builders and planners, it appears that someday it will connect all the way to Waterville Junior High, which will make it a nice walk.
