7.0 Miles and Metatarsalgia – RunLog 5-3-18

Still a bit muggy and warm, but damn it still felt pretty good to run in warmth!!!

Oh well, I have been messing around with the Zealot’s to get them to not warm-up my forefeet quite so much. So I changed out the insole to a thicker one and while it made things a bit more snug in the toe box, it didn’t feel too bad.
